How do I know if the holiday I want to book is suitable for my sport skills?

In each package, just below the name, there is a section that advises what is included in the holiday, and the level of difficulty of the activities. However,there are things such as your desire to try new things and have new experiences, and your wish to stay in the nature, that can enhance your enjoyment.

The aim is to relax and to enjoy on Lake Garda (this is why they call it holiday :) ) and for this reason we designed offers with different levels of difficulty, so that everyone can have fun, especially people who book an active holiday for the first time!

Can I take part in all sports, courses and excursions you propose on this website? Are there any restrictions?

In every package there is a section that indicates any restrictions such as minimum age or skills required (i.e. being able to swim in deep water for 15 minutes, no fear of heights, no dizziness etc)

Can I visualize only holidays connected to the sports I would love to practise?

Yes, you can do this by using the filters in the homepage.

What do I need to bring?

In each holiday package we indicate which equipment you will need to bring with you and which equipment we will provide.

For all watersports instead, the school will provide wetsuit, life jacket and helmet when necessary. Bring your swimsuit, a towel and suncream. For the climbing routes and for the climbing activities the guides will provide all the necessary equipment to proceed safely.

How do I need to dress?

The answer to this question depends on the activities included in the holiday you booked! Anyway, we can recommend some ground rules: it is always useful to wear comfy trainers and to include in your rucksack some suncream, a hat against sunstroke, a sporty windbraker jacket and a jumper in case the weater changes (this is not uncommon at high altitudes).

We also suggest that you dress in layers, so that you can adjust your clothing according to your body temperature, and that you wear comfortable clothes.

Will I have a guide? What kind of guide?

You will always have a guide, and our partners are all local activity providers. This is because nobody knows the rivers, mountains and countryside better than local suppliers. Also, we believe that getting to know local people and local territories and traditions is the way to have a real experience in the resort you chose.

Your guides and instructors are all certified?

All our guides are in possession of all the qualifications and certification required.

What happens if the weather is not good and I cannot take part in the activity?

In this case, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the activity booked. In this case the Organiser shall offer you the alternative to enjoy the activity at a later date /different time during yourstay or if this is not possible to benefit from a comparable activity of a similar standard.

Only in the event that the activity cannot be replaced you will be entitled to receive a refund limited to the value of the missed activity, which must be claimed from our office or via e-mail within 7 days of the end of the holiday.

How do I book my holiday?

In order to make your reservation, you need to select the holiday that you are interested in and click on the button PURCHASE. We will ask you to indicate name and surname and age of all partecipants and you will need to provide details ofthe payment method you want to use.

How can I pay for my holiday?

The full list of accepted method of payments acceptable will be displayed before you finalize your transaction. Be assured though, 360gardalife booking accepts all the main international credit circuits and with the highest standard of safety and control.

How do I know that everything went well and that the booking is confirmed?

The booking is considered confirmed as soon as we receive the payment. You will receive an email with your confirmation and with the vouchers you need according to the services included in the holiday you chose.

Is my reservation confirmed after purchase?

Yes, you’re all set to start exploring! The holidays you see on our website are all immediately bookable; if you like an offer and you don’t wish to change anything or you don’t have any questions, you don’t need to get in touch with us. all you need to do is proceed with the payment!

Can I change my arrival date or add another adult or child after I made my booking?

Contact us and we will try to do everything possible to satisfy your request.

I booked one or more activity but I do not remember when they start?

You can find all the information related to your reservations on the voucher we sent you. You cannot find your voucher? Contact us and we will be happy to help you.

CANCELLATIONS

May I cancel my reservation?

You can always cancel your reservation. however the following cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your holiday from 3 weeks before the service starts.

  • If the cancellation is made 21 to 8 days before arrival we retain 50% of the total amount
  • If the cancellation is made from 7 to 0 days before the stay penalty is 100% of the total amount

What happens if I cancel my holiday last minute?

The cancellation fees will apply.

Can I visualize only holidays taking place in the days I can spend on holiday?

How does the welcome meeting work?

We wait for you at our info point at "360 corner" in via Scoisse in Malcesine, every Sunday morning, to welcome you and give you all the information you need to fully enjoy your active holiday on Lake Garda!. We only ask you to confirm the appointment within 48 hours prior to your arrival.

How do I use the coupons?

The coupons allow you to benefit from a discount in all our shops and in the restaurants that joined this initiative. You can either show the voucher on your phone or print it in advance in order to obtain the discount. The voucher will be sent to you via email together with the other vouchers (Hotel voucher, excursion voucher etc).

I'm looking for a certain activity or sport, but can't find it in your offers. Can you help me?

What if if I like the proposed holiday,but wanted to change the level of difficulty of activites included?

I would like to book a different Hotel or the right room size for us from the one included in your offer. Is it possible?

I would like to book for other dates than the one included in your offer or edit the number of people taking part in the holiday. Is it possible?

Do you offer holidays and activities for groups?

Yes we certainly do! We can organize the perfect holidays for groups of every sport level. We work with any age groups (schools included!), we offer support to group leaders and teachers, and we create the perfect group active holiday! FOR THE JOURNEY

Do your offers include flights?

No, at the moment our holidays do not include flights.

How do I get to the selected resort from the airport?

Our proposals do not include transport to and from the airport, but we are able to provide this service! Contact us and we'll send you various proposals based on number of people arriving with you!

I have sports equipment with me. Can you provide the transport of the equipment from the airport to hotel and vice versa?

Certainly we can provide the service! Contact us and we'll send you some suggestions! we have vehicles equipped for this purpose.

Do you provide transfers Hotel - school or hotel - starting point of the excursions?

Some of our tours and activities include transportation from and to the hotel, or from and to the resort in which you are staying. Please check the section "includes" of the holiday page to see if this service is included in the package booked.

We are Angela, creator and mangerstrator of 360gardalife, Isabella, incoming consultant and event organizer Melsinea Travel Agency, and Ivano, instructor of snowboarding, kitesurfing and manager of 360corner.

The website 360gardalife booking is a result of our passion for the sport, for nature and for the territory. Thanks to the Meosinea Viaggi’s skills in tourism you will enjoy an active and genuine holiday, in contact with the beautiful nature of Lake Garda!

Where are your offices?

Our offices are located in the center of Malcesine, on the main road. Address: Via Gardesana 129/131. During the holiday season we are open every day from Monday to Saturday included, and onSunday also in high season.

Which languages does the staff of the 360gardalife booking office speak?

Our staff is fluent in Italian, English and German; these languages are guaranteed during the booking procedure and correspondance. Some staff members also speak French.

What kind of assistance is provided in resort?

We are always available to provide assistance regarding any question. Well come to visit us in our office or contact us at our addresses!
